3. Access and use of the site
Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the Site without notice to you.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from the Site, for your personal use provided that:

(c) the material may not be distributed or sold to any third party; and
(d) you do not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices contained in the material.
You must not use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
If you copy or use any part of the Site or the content made available through it in breach of the Terms, your right to use the Site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
